Skill Development Activities
ICT Academy is an initiative of the Government of India in collaboration with the state Governments and industries. ICT Academy is a not-for-profit society, and a joint venture under the Public-Private-Partnership model.
Our Institution is a privileged member of ICTACT and constantly conducts various faculty development programmes, student skill development programmes and Entrepreneur development programmes. We have published research articles and are a recipient of minor project from ICTACT.
- We participate in “ICTACT BRIDGE CONFERENCE” conducted in Tamilnaduevery year (from 2014 onwards).
- We have conducted a “DIGITAL LITERACY PROGRAMME” and took partin DIGITAL INDIA PLEDGE-2015 for 100 adults conducted by ICT academy of Tamil Nadu.
- We have participated in “YOUTH LEADERSHIP SUMMIT” from the acamedic year from 2014- 2015onwards.
- Our students attended “ENTREPRENEURSHIP ORIENTATION PROGRAM” organized by ICT academy in the year 2015.
- We conducted a Two days Faculty Development Programme in association with ICTACT on “R PROGRAMMING” on 11 th & 12 th November 2016.
- A “DIGITAL LITERACY CERTIFICATION DRIVE-2016” program was conducted for various department students with their biometric identity to make our campus digital in the year 2016.
- Faculty Development Programme on “COMMUNICATION SKILLS” was conducted on 14 th & 15 th June 2018.
- “TAMIL NADU SKILL DEVELOPMENT CO-OPERATION” with the support of ICTACT organized “EMPLOYABILITY SKILL TRANING PROGRAMME” for NON-SC/ST for the passed-out students was conducted from 8/5/18 to19/6/18.
- “TAHDCO” for SC/ST to passed out students was conducted by ICT ACADEMY OF TAMIL NADU from 29/5/18 to 3/7/18.
- Our research article titled” “PROGNOSTICATE THE DRUGS FOR MULTIPLE MYELOMA PATIENTS BY USING GENE EXPRESSION TECHNIQUE WITH POLYCLONAL AND MONOCLONAL SAMPLES” was published in ICTACT Journal on Image and Video Processing on February 2018.
